Ordered one blue and one black. Blue worked fine. Black would it charge. We explained this, and got another one sent out, it was black, and the same thing happened. I emailed at least 5 times with questions and was hoping for a replacement in blue or money back for return of item. I was ignored after the first few emails.

The bottle is generally satisfactory and I am pleased with it. Initially, I felt that 200ml was insufficient, but I eventually realized it is the perfect size to help me consume my daily goal of two liters of water without any difficulty. My only concern was the customer service, as my first bottle arrived damaged and it took a month to receive a replacement. In my opinion, the bottle is attractive and well-made, but please be prepared for potential challenges with customer service, including delays in communication or a lack of response.
Well to start off , your support dept delayed my return and when I finally did get the return address ,ups sent my return wrong address. So now I’m battling them to recover money thank goodness i insured it .so because of the mishap I don’t consider your company very reputable .

It has not changed my health like described. Use 2x day. Cap was not aligned.
No customer service phone line. No one responded for 5 days to our email concerning our order mishap. When someone did respond it was with more advertisement and did not help with issues. The unit is extremely small and smells like mold even after being washed out. I wrote and told them how disappointed we were with our order and they sent another add never addressed, never paid any attention. F - on customer service F on unit self.
Used twice and now the in button does not work and/or works sporadically. I have to push and push and shake the bottle. Sometimes I can get it to work and sometimes I give up. Very sad for the price of the bottle. It’s also way smaller than I initially thought it would be.

I thought it was made of glass, but the container is plastic.
Depending on what water is used, you can certainly taste some form of metal. I noticed recently that the container is no longer sitting flush to the base. Although it is not leaking water, I’m concerned over the longevity of the device. I’ll need to contact support to discuss options. Would I buy it again…? Hard to say at the moment.
