Model: HS-32 · Capacity: 32 oz · Hydrogen Output: Up to 3.0 ppm · USB-C Rechargeable
Use clean water: tap, filtered, or RO, based on your local water quality.
Yes, chilled or room-temperature water is fine. Avoid hot water above 40°C (104°F).
Yes. It is made from premium BPA-free Tritan, which is FDA-approved, impact-resistant, and safe for long-term hydration. Most users drink 1 to 3 full bottles spread throughout the day, just like regular water. Start slow and listen to your body.
Any time works: morning energy, post-workout recovery, or throughout the day. Drink within 30 minutes to 2 hours after generation for best results.
You can, but hydrogen gas naturally fades over time. For the best results, drink within 30 minutes to 2 hours after each cycle. If you like your water cold, hydrogenate first, then add ice. Cooling after generation helps keep the hydrogen intact and the taste refreshing.
This one-time activation prepares your bottle for long-term performance.
Hold the bottle firmly and twist the bottom base clockwise to open. Inside, you will see a white plug and a small amount of clear liquid. This is normal.
Gently pull out the white plug and pour out the liquid from the base. Discard it. It is safe, but not meant for drinking. The liquid keeps the internal hydrogen membrane hydrated during shipping.
Twist the base back on snugly to seal the bottle.
Fill the bottle all the way to the top with fresh, non-carbonated water.
Press and hold the power button until the green light appears. Leave the bottle for about 2 hours while it runs its activation process. This fully hydrates and primes the internal membrane.
After 2 hours, pour out all the water. Your HydroStanley is now ready to start making hydrogen water.
This can happen if the membrane is dry or there is mineral buildup. Use filtered water and run a self-clean cycle. If needed, keep the base soaked in water for 1 to 2 hours to re-hydrate the membrane.
The battery may be low or the membrane may need cleaning. Recharge fully and, if needed, run a self-clean cycle. You can keep the same water and rerun a fresh hydrogenation.
This is usually activation or cleaning water that was not emptied completely. Empty the bottle, refill with fresh water, and rerun a cycle. Rinse 2 to 3 times if needed.
The silicone fit is new. Push the straw until you hear a click. It will loosen slightly with normal use.
Use clean, non-carbonated water and run a self-clean cycle. If the bottle has been unused for a while, soaking and self-cleaning helps restore performance.
Model: HP-68 · Capacity: 68 oz · Hydrogen Output: Up to 1500 ppb · Plug-in (US Type B)
Yes. It is made from premium borosilicate glass and food-grade stainless steel, designed for daily family use. Most families drink 2 to 3 glasses per person throughout the day, just like regular water.
The HydroPitcher generates up to 1500 ppb of dissolved hydrogen gas in about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the mode selected.
Yes, chilled or room-temperature water is fine. Avoid hot water above 40°C (104°F). The pitcher can gently warm water up to about 52°C (125°F), but it is not designed to boil water. Do not pour boiling water directly inside.
Any time works: morning, post-workout, or spread through the day. Drink within 30 to 120 minutes after generation for best results.
You can refrigerate it, but hydrogen naturally fades over time. For best results, drink within 30 to 120 minutes. If you like cold water, hydrogenate first, then add ice. Cooling after generation helps keep the hydrogen intact.
Before your first use, run this quick activation process to prep the internal hydrogen membrane.
Fill the pitcher with water and dissolve the provided citric acid cleanser as directed. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to clean the internal surfaces.
Pour the water out. If you see very few bubbles during early runs, let the pitcher membrane soak in clean water for up to 2 hours to fully hydrate.
Place the pitcher on the power base and plug the power cord into a wall outlet (US Type B).
Fill the pitcher with clean water up to the MAX line and press the Standard Hydrogen button. You will see bubbles forming. That means hydrogen generation has started.
Wait until the indicator lights turn off and you hear a beep. This means the cycle is complete. Pour out the water.
Repeat the fill, run, pour cycle 2 to 3 times to fully activate and clean the membrane. After that, you are ready for daily use.
This is often due to mineral buildup or a dry membrane. Run the self-cleaning mode 1 to 2 times with a vinegar or citric solution to clear the electrodes, then rinse and try again.
Power may have been interrupted or the cord may be loose. Check both ends of the power cord, reconnect, and rerun the cycle.
Residual cleaning water or vinegar may still be inside. Rinse 2 to 3 times with fresh water and run a normal water cycle before drinking.
Ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into both the base and wall outlet. Try a different outlet if needed.
The membrane may be dry or scaled. Run a deep clean with vinegar or citric acid and repeat 2 to 3 hydrogen cycles to reactivate performance.
