Family Hydration Essentials

Hydrogen water is regular drinking water infused with extra molecular hydrogen gas (H₂). Think: water + a fresh dose of hydrogen you can actually use.

PPB = parts per billion. It's how we measure how much dissolved hydrogen (H₂) is in your water after a cycle. Higher PPB = stronger hydrogenation.

Dr. Water uses SPE/PEM style electrolysis to generate molecular hydrogen and dissolve it into the water. You'll literally see bubbles during the cycle, that's hydrogen being infused.

In H₂O, hydrogen is chemically bound to oxygen, it doesn't behave like free molecular hydrogen gas (H₂). Hydrogen water adds free H₂ that dissolves into the water and is consumed fresh.

Charge with USB‑C. A full charge typically supports many cycles (most users go about a week depending on usage). If you use it multiple times daily, charge more often, like your phone.

Weekly: run a gentle clean using a diluted white vinegar rinse, then run 1 to 2 cycles with clean water to flush. Avoid harsh soaps, bleach, or abrasive cleaners on the hydrogen unit.

HydroTumbler: up to ~3000 PPB in ~10 minutes (portable, rechargeable). HydroPitcher Pro: up to ~3000 PPB in ~20 minutes (family size, cordless USB-C).
Hydrator Pro: Up to 6000PPB, Verified by H2Analytics

Hydrogen is light, it escapes fast. For the best experience, drink it within 15 to 30 minutes of the cycle finishing. Keep it sealed and cold to slow the fade.

Yes, but if your goal is better taste + better performance + longer device life, use filtered or RO water when you can. Chlorine/minerals can shorten the lifespan of hydrogen generating components over time.

Filtered or RO water is the "clean base." It improves taste, helps protect the internals, and typically gives more consistent hydrogen levels.

We recommend hydrogenating cool or room temperature water for best performance. If you want warm water, hydrogenate first, then warm it separately.

Not during hydrogenation. Add ons can interfere with the system and leave residue. If you want flavors/supplements: hydrogenate first → pour into a separate cup → add your mix.

Morning: run a cycle → drink fresh. Midday: refill → run a cycle → sip. Workout: use your tumbler before and after your session. Night: quick cycle if you want your "clean reset" before bed.

Most people buy hydrogen water for cleaner hydration, and many report feeling more consistent energy, better recovery, and a lighter "less sluggish" feeling when they stay consistent. (Hydration habits matter more than "one perfect glass.")

For most healthy adults, yes, it's still water. If you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition, check with your clinician (especially if you're changing hydration/supplement routines).

There's no single magic number. A practical approach: start with 1 to 2 servings/day, then build consistency. Your body will tell you more than marketing will.
