Printable Daily Water Intake Tracker

Set a daily water goal and your bottle size, and the tracker draws one circle for each bottle you need to drink, for 7 days. Print the page or save it as a PDF, then fill in a circle each time you finish a bottle. It needs no sign-up.

How it works

Circles per day = your daily goal / your bottle size, rounded up. The sheet lists 7 days from the start date you pick. On a computer, choose Print, then pick "Save as PDF" as the printer. On a phone, use the share menu and choose Print or Save to Files. The print layout hides the site header and footer.

The default goal of 64 oz is a round example. For published reference values by age and life stage, use the daily water intake calculator.
