If water already has hydrogen, why add more?

In regular water (H₂O), hydrogen is bound to oxygen and can’t act as an antioxidant. Hydrogen water adds extra molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas — a form your body can use to reduce oxidative stress, faster recovery, improved focus, better hydration, gut support, and anti-inflammatory effects.
