Delivery Time Formula:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 2-3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
All products go through a production process before shipping, contributing to the handling time.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, and Singapore.

Carriers: International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx International, or equivalent carriers.
Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Dispatch Time: International orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress on our Track Your Order page or directly through the courier’s website.
Shipping Carriers
Orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx International, or equivalent carriers.
Delivery delays
In the event of delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Extensive delays entitle you to cancel your purchase.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@drwater.store with the subject 'Change of Address' and mentioned your order number in the email. Please note, we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
Incorrect address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
Product Delivered but Stolen from customer's home
Once an order is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of cost if the order has not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, please email us at support@drwater.store
with your order ID and the items you wish to cancel.
If the product has already been shipped, you can always return the product to us after delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the return process.
