It doesn’t work! This screen never lit up just blips and it didn’t come with instructions! I’ve tried to find a contact or something to get a new one or a refund but no luck !

my hydro meter broke so I haven't been able to measure my ppb or ppm but it works very fast. the bottle could be a little bigger because I drink a lot at one time. just make more at one time.

My Hydrator Max showed up and the screen turns on but shows no icons only a back light. I started my claim on August 23. Dr. Water still has not put forward any options for a refund or replacement. I am very disapointed with this company, it is starting to feel like fake health and product claims.
A great test is to divide a bunch of flowers into two water vases. Use an alternate water and then use the hydrogenated water and you can tell the benefit by how long the flowers last! I love this machine in addition to my ionized, filtered, alkaline water.

I LOVE this water bottle! I have terrible arthritis pain in my hips. I was taking at least 2 Celebrex pills daily. Since day 2 of drinking hydrogen water I have not needed any medication. I feel so good now I can start to exercise again. I also bought one for my Boyfriend and he loves it too.

For starters I would for you replace the hydrogen whatever you call this tjing that i took this picture charger I bought this back Last October and stop working since early this year. I have been ill for a while so I had no time to deal with other than my health. I invested $89 for this and after less than 6 months of usage can use it anymore. The funny thing is that I recommend this item to friends and now I began to wonder if I did the right thing. I wouldn't want to be blame if there item stops working and I get blame for it. Love my dr. water. I run it for 15 mins and it cleans my water and makes it taste way better. It makes me want to drink more water too. I fill it 3 times a day and am way more hydrated and don’t have to fill as often as the smaller ones.

Can't say enough about this hydrogen pitcher. This allows me and my family to get in a therapeutic dose of 1-2 liters per day for optimum health and hydration!
The design is so clean and minimal. It fits perfectly in my yoga bag. But beyond looks — I genuinely feel more hydrated and energized since I started using it. My instructor even asked about it. Would absolutely buy again and recommend to anyone.

I'll be honest — I bought this thinking it was probably a gimmick. A month later I'm a convert. My focus during work is sharper, I feel less sluggish after lunch, and I'm drinking way more water in general because I actually look forward to it. Didn't expect that.

I run half marathons and recovery is everything. Started using the HydroGlass 2 months ago and my recovery time between long runs has improved noticeably. Less soreness, better sleep too. The bottle is easy to carry and charges fast. Really happy with it.

On the other hand if I use water that has been filtered by my ZERO WATER filter the Dr water pitcher doesn't provided the hydration in the water like I want it to. Need to do more research to find out why.
