In Dr. Water hydrogen water bottles, optimal molecular hydrogen levels typically last 30–60 minutes after generation. In general, hydrogen begins to dissipate quickly—within 30 minutes to 2 hours when not sealed tightly. For peak hydrogen water benefits, drink fresh or reinfuse on demand with the bottle’s button.
