Use filtered or RO water when you can. It gives you the cleanest cycles, more consistent hydrogen output, and helps reduce mineral buildup over time. Tap water works, but hard-water minerals can shorten time between cleanings. Avoid sparkling water and don’t hydrogenate water that’s hotter than 120F.

Yes, it can do both, but timing matters. Heat/boil first, then let the water cool to room temp or cool before running hydrogen. Hot water drives hydrogen off faster and reduces the final dissolved hydrogen level. If you want warm hydrogen water, hydrogenate first and warm it gently after.

Fill with filtered/RO water → run your hydrogen cycle → pour and drink. The easiest routine: 1 cycle in the morning, then pour servings throughout the next hour. If you want another round later, just refill and run another cycle. Fresh is best.

Hydrogen is very light, so it dissipates over time. For best results, drink within 15–30 minutes of pouring. Keep it sealed and cool to slow the fade. The fresher the pour, the stronger the experience.

PPB stands for parts per billion. It’s how we measure how much dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂) is in the water after a cycle. Higher PPB means higher hydrogen concentration in that serving.

In H₂O, hydrogen is chemically bound to oxygen. It doesn’t behave like free molecular hydrogen gas (H₂). Hydrogen water adds free H₂ dissolved into the water, which you drink fresh.

Hydrogen water adds extra molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas, a form your body can use to reduce oxidative stress, faster recovery, improved focus, better hydration, gut support, and anti-inflammatory effects. That’s why adding more hydrogen especially through a hydrogen water bottle unlocks extra benefits regular water simply can’t provide.
